Refunds

Please contact us if you wish to receive a full or pro-rated refund.

  • If you decide to withdraw your child from a season prior to his or her first class, we will issue you a full refund via the same payment method that you registered your child with.

  • If you wish to withdraw your child from a season after the date of his or her first class, we will issue you a prorated refund based on the number of classes remaining in the season. Please note that makeup classes will not be included in the refund. But also note that you do not lose such makeups.

  • If you have more than one child participating in a season, each additional child will have received the sibling discount. If the first child you registered withdraws from the season, and his or her sibling(s) remain in the season, then the refund will be calculated using the amount of the sibling discount.

Makeups

We do not reschedule classes or offer refunds or credits for classes that are canceled or terminated (e.g., rain), but we do have a very liberal makeup policy. You can even make up classes that were held but which you missed. Please see the following information and how to make classes up.

If a class is canceled

  • We will cancel a class in advance if there is rain or other inclement weather. But if there is any chance that we can play, we may not cancel a class until close to the start time. We do not want to cancel a class only to find that we could have played.

  • We communicate cancellations by email. We are looking into more efficient methods.

If a class is terminated after we begin

If we terminate a class early, you may request a makeup class.

  • A class is terminated if we must stop playing before the end of class due to weather or other situation.

  • If it starts raining during a class, we may terminate the class early. Please note, however, that we may also continue to play as long as possible, provided the parents are fine with that.

  • If we continue playing, you may always withdraw your child from the class if you feel the weather is not good for him or her (or for you standing on the side).

  • If there is lightning and thunder, we will terminate the class early.

If you miss a class

  • If you miss a class for any reason, such as your child is sick or attending a friend's birthday party, you may request a makeup class. We don't need an explanation as to why a makeup is being requested.

Making up a class

  • We do not reschedule classes that we cancel, nor do we offer refunds or credit for any classes that we cancel. But we do have a very liberal make up policy.

  • Children may make up any canceled or terminated class. They may also make up any class that they miss for reasons of their own.

  • We don't track your child's attendance or how many of his or her classes have been canceled or terminated.

  • You make up a class by attending another age-appropriate class.

  • A class may be made up during the current season or in any subsequent season that the child is registered for. Please note that you cannot make up a class during a season in which he or she is not registered.

  • Makeup classes are transferable to siblings.

How to make up a class

  • Please look at the class schedule for the current season to see when classes are being held for your child’s age group.

  • Email us which class you would like to attend for the makeup. Include your first choice and any additional classes that may be options.

  • We need to confirm that the class you have chosen can accept an additional child on the day that you wish to come. Very rarely do we ask you to attend on different day, but this can happen if we have multiple requests for a makeup at the same time.

  • We will tell the coach of the class to expect you. If the coach is unaware that your child is attending a makeup, he or she will still allow you to participate.
